Recombinant Human SWS1-associated Protein 1 is produced by our E.coli expression system and the target gene encoding Met1-Pro229 is expressed with a 6His tag at the N-terminus. Protein function: ATPase which is preferentially stimulated by single-stranded DNA and is involved in homologous recombination repair (HRR).
