Recombinant Human Roundabout Homolog 4 is produced by our Mammalian expression system and the target gene encoding Gln28-Arg467 is expressed with a human IgG1 Fc tag at the C-terminus. Protein function: Receptor for Slit proteins, at least for SLIT2, and seems to be involved in angiogenesis and vascular patterning. May mediate the inhibition of primary endothelial cell migration by Slit proteins. Involved in the maintenance of endothelial barrier organization and function (PubMed:30455415).
