Recombinant Human Transmembrane Protein PVRIG is produced by our Mammalian expression system and the target gene encoding Thr41-Asp171 is expressed with a human IgG1 Fc tag at the C-terminus. Protein function: Cell surface receptor for NECTIN2. May act as a coinhibitory receptor that suppresses T-cell receptor-mediated signals. Following interaction with NECTIN2, inhibits T-cell proliferation. Competes with CD226 for NECTIN2-binding. [The UniProt Consortium]
