Recombinant Human Protein Kinase C and Casein Kinase Substrate in Neurons Protein 2 is produced by our Mammalian expression system and the target gene encoding Met1-Gln486 is expressed with a 6His tag at the C-terminus. Protein function: Regulates the morphogenesis and endocytosis of caveolae. Lipid-binding protein that is able to promote the tubulation of the phosphatidic acid-containing membranes it preferentially binds. Plays a role in intracellular vesicle-mediated transport.
