Recombinant Human Poliovirus Receptor-Related Protein 1 is produced by our Mammalian expression system and the target gene encoding Gln31-Thr334 is expressed with a 6His tag at the C-terminus. Protein function: Promotes cell-cell contacts by forming homophilic or heterophilic trans-dimers. Heterophilic interactions have been detected between NECTIN1 and NECTIN3 and between NECTIN1 and NECTIN4. Has some neurite outgrowth-promoting activity. [The UniProt Consortium]
