Recombinant Human Low Molecular Weight Phosphotyrosine Protein Phosphatase is produced by our E.coli expression system and the target gene encoding Ala2-His158 is expressed with a 6His tag at the C-terminus. Protein function: Acts on tyrosine phosphorylated proteins, low-MW aryl phosphates and natural and synthetic acyl phosphates. Isoform 3 does not possess phosphatase activity.
