Recombinant Human Integrin alpha 10 beta 1 (ITGA10&ITGB1) Heterodimer Protein is expressed from HEK293 with His tag at the C-Terminus.It contains Phe23-Ser1122(ITGA10)acidic tail & Gln21-Asp728(ITGB1)basic tail. Alpha 10 beta 1 is currently known as four collagen-binding I domain-containing integrins, the others are namely alpha 1 beta 1, alpha 2 beta 1 and alpha 11 beta 1. alpha10beta1 is likely to be expressed only by a subset of fibroblasts.
