Recombinant Human Glial Cell line-derived Neurotrophic Factor Receptor Alpha 2 is produced by our Mammalian expression system and the target gene encoding Ser22-Ser441 is expressed with a human IgG1 Fc, 6His tag at the C-terminus. Protein function: Receptor for neurturin. Mediates the NRTN-induced autophosphorylation and activation of the RET receptor. Also able to mediate GDNF signaling through the RET tyrosine kinase receptor. [The UniProt Consortium]
