Recombinant Human 25 kDa FK506-binding Protein is produced by our E.coli expression system and the target gene encoding Met1-Asp224 is expressed with a 6His tag at the N-terminus. Protein function: FK506- and rapamycin-binding proteins (FKBPs) constitute a family of receptors for the two immunosuppressants which inhibit T-cell proliferation by arresting two distinct cytoplasmic signal transmission pathways.
