Recombinant Human Eukaryotic Translation Initiation Factor 1A, X-Chromosomal is produced by our E.coli expression system and the target gene encoding Met1-Ile144 is expressed with a 6His tag at the N-terminus. Protein function: Seems to be required for maximal rate of protein biosynthesis. Enhances ribosome dissociation into subunits and stabilizes the binding of the initiator Met-tRNA(I) to 40 S ribosomal subunits. [The UniProt Consortium]
