Recombinant Human Endothelial Leukocyte Adhesion Molecule-1 is produced by our Mammalian expression system and the target gene encoding Trp22-Pro556 is expressed with a 6His tag at the C-terminus. Protein function: Cell-surface glycoprotein having a role in immunoadhesion. Mediates in the adhesion of blood neutrophils in cytokine-activated endothelium through interaction with SELPLG/PSGL1. May have a role in capillary morphogenesis. [The UniProt Consortium]
