Human CD27L, recombinant (C-mFc)

Recombinant Human CD27 Ligand/CD70 is produced by our Mammalian expression system and the target gene encoding Gln45-Pro193 is expressed with a mouse IgG1 Fc tag at the C-terminus. Protein function: Cytokine which is the ligand for CD27. The CD70-CD27 pathway plays an important role in the generation and maintenance of T cell immunity, in particular during antiviral responses. Upon CD27 binding, induces the proliferation of costimulated T-cells and enhances the generation of cytolytic T-cells. [The UniProt Consortium]
