Recombinant Human B-lymphocyte antigen CD20 is produced by our Mammalian expression system and the target gene encoding Met1-Pro297 is expressed with a 6His, Flag tag at C-terminus.VLPs are self-assembled from viral envelope/capsid protein and can display conformationally intact membrane protein in natural cell membranes. Protein function: B-lymphocyte-specific membrane protein that plays a role in the regulation of cellular calcium influx necessary for the development, differentiation, and activation of B-lymphocytes (PubMed:3925015, PubMed:7684739, PubMed:12920111).
