Biotinylated Recombinant Human B-cell Maturation Protein is produced by our Mammalian expression system and the target gene encoding Met1-Ala54 is expressed with a human IgG1 Fc, Avi tag at the C-terminus. Protein function: Receptor for TNFSF13B/BLyS/BAFF and TNFSF13/APRIL. Promotes B-cell survival and plays a role in the regulation of humoral immunity. Activates NF-kappa-B and JNK.
