Recombinant Human Apolipoprotein H is produced by our Mammalian expression system and the target gene encoding Gly20-Cys345 is expressed with a 6His tag at the C-terminus. Protein function: Binds to various kinds of negatively charged substances such as heparin, phospholipids, and dextran sulfate. May prevent activation of the intrinsic blood coagulation cascade by binding to phospholipids on the surface of damaged cells. [The UniProt Consortium]
