Recombinant Human Apolipoprotein A-IV is produced by our Mammalian expression system and the target gene encoding Glu21-Ser396 is expressed with a 6His tag at the C-terminus. Protein function: May have a role in chylomicrons and VLDL secretion and catabolism. Required for efficient activation of lipoprotein lipase by ApoC-II, potent activator of LCAT.
