Human ADCYAP1R1, recombinant (VLP)

Recombinant Human Pituitary adenylate cyclase-activating polypeptide type I receptor is produced by our Mammalian expression system and the target gene encoding Met21-Ser416 is expressed with a 6His, Flag tag at C-terminus. VLPs are self-assembled from viral envelope/capsid protein and can display conformationally intact membrane protein in natural cell membranes. Protein function: This is a receptor for PACAP-27 and PACAP-38. The activity of this receptor is mediated by G proteins which activate adenylyl cyclase. May regulate the release of adrenocorticotropin, luteinizing hormone, growth hormone, prolactin, epinephrine, and catecholamine. May play a role in spermatogenesis and sperm motility.
