Recombinant HRV 3C Protease (rhinovirus 3C protease), encompassing amino acids 1538-1719 corresponding to the proteolytic domain. This construct contains an N-terminal His-Tag (6xHis) followed by a GST-Tag and a Factor Xa cleavage site. This protein recognizes the sequence Leu-Glu-Val-Leu-Phe-Gln-Gly-Pro, cleaving between the Gln and Gly. This protein was affinity purified.
