Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, T-cell activation and Immunization. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: ELISA: yields titers of 1:1000 or greater at 10-100ng of immobilized protein under standard ELISA conditions. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
