Recombinant protein from aa403-461 of the HEV Orf2 region. Produced from beta-galactosidase (114kDa) fused at the N-terminus. Reacts strongly with human HEV-positive serum. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
