HDAC4, Recombinant, Human (Histone Deacetylase 4)

Human HDAC4 (GenBank Accession No. NM_006037), amino acids 627-1085 with N-terminal GST tag. Specific Activity: ~14,000pmol/min/ug, Assay Condition: 25mM Tris/Cl, pH 8.0, 137mM sodium chloride, 2.7mM KCl, 1mM MgCl2, and 0.1mg/ml BSA, 20uM BPS HDAC substrate, 0.1ng/ul HDAC4. Incubation condition: 30 minutes at 37ºC. Incubation Condition: 30 min at 37ºC. Applications: Useful for the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and freeze at -70°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months.
