Extinction Coefficient:, 0.985, Specific Activity: As reported, Assay: 5-10ug E2236-22 in 0.1M Tris, pH 8.8 at 37ºC containing 0.2mM Suc-[Al]3-pNA, Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 6 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile 0.05M sodium acetate, 0.1M sodium chloride, pH 5.0. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Protein function: Acts upon elastin.
