Specific Activity: ~536U/ug, One U =1 pmol/min, Assay Condition: 25mM Tris/Cl, pH 7.5, 5uM substrate (H-Gly-Pro-AMC), 3ng/ul DPP9. Incubation Condition: 1 min at room temperature. Applications: Useful for the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and freeze at -70°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
