Recombinant Cynomolgus NKG2C&CD94 Protein is expressed from HEK293 with His tag at the N-Terminus and Flag tag at the C-Terminus.It contains Glu98-Leu231(NKG2C)&Lys32-Ile179(CD94). NKG2C&CD94 is a C-type lectin heterodimer on NK cells and CD8+ cytotoxic T-cells, it can recognize peptides derived from the intracellular proteins in the context of HLA-E. NKG2C&CD94 itself has no signal transduction function but is an activating receptor on the surface of NK cells that involved in driving the NK-cell expansion.
