Cholera toxin B subunit (CTB) binds GM1 ganglioside. Fluorescent CTB is used to label lipid rafts and as a neuronal retrograde tracer. Biotium's CF(R) dyes have superior brightness and photostability compared to other dyes. Near-infrared CF(R)740 dye has Ex/Em at 742/767 nm. 100 ug.
