Mouse CD47, also known as leukocyte surface antigen CD47, Rh-related antigen, integrin-associated protein (IAP), antigenic surface determinant protein OA3, and MER6. GenBank Accession No. NM_010581.3, a.a. 19-158 fused at the C-terminus to the Fc portion of human IgG1 and C-terminal Avi-tag expressed in a HEK293 cell expression system. The protein is enzymatically biotinylated using AviTag(TM) technology. MW = 44 kDa. This protein runs at a higher MW by SDS-PAGE due to glycosylation.
