Human CD244, Fc fusion protein, also known as Natural Killer Cell Receptor 2B4. GenBank Accession No. NM_016382, a.a. 22-229 expressed in a HEK293 cell expression system. This protein is fused at the C-terminus to the Fc region of human IgG1 and is enzymatically biotinylated using Avi-tag(TM) technology. MW = 52 kDa. This protein runs at a higher MW by SDS-PAGE due to glycosylation.
