Source:, Recombinant protein corresponding to aa27-343 from human CD155, fused to His-Tag at C-terminal, expressed in HEK293 cells. Molecular Weight: ~35kD, Assay Conditions: CD155, His-Tag binding to TIGIT was confirmed according to the protocol. Briefly, 4ng of TIGIT-biotin was mixed with varying amounts of CD155, His-Tag in TIGIT assay buffer at a final volume of 10ul and allowed to incubate for 1 hr at room temp. Nickle acceptor beads were added for 30min, followed by Strep-conjugated acceptor beads for 30 min and reading alpha-counts. Applications: Suitable for use in the study of binding and for screening small molecules and antibodies. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap., ,
