Source:, Recombinant protein corresponding to aa1-54 from human BCMA, fused at the C-terminus to the Fc portion of Human IgG1 and with a C-terminal Avi-Tag, expressed in a HEK293 cells. Molecular Weight: ~34kD, Applications: Other applications not tested. Assay Conditions: Reaction done according to BCMA:APRIL[B] BioAssay(TM) kit protocol. Buffer is PBS + 0.1% BSA. Blocking buffer is Superblock + 0.05% Tween-20. Coat protein (BCMA) was added overnight at 4 deg 100ng/well. Various amounts of biotinylated ligand (APRIL[B]) (0-20ng) added for 2h at RT. Strep-HRP added for 1h at RT. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
