GenBank Accession No. NM_022153, a.a 33-194 expressed in a HEK293 cell expression system and enzymatically biotin-labeled using Avi-tag(TM) technology. MW = 47 kDa. This protein runs at a higher M.W. by SDS-PAGE due to glycosylation.
