Contains all Human Kinase Libraries (I, II, III and IV). 4 masterplates for SYBR green based Real Time PCR. Each contains 88 primer sets directed against protein kinase genes and 8 housekeeping gene primer sets. Provided in a 96-well microplate (20 µl - 10 µM). Sufficient for 100 PCR arrays (based on 20 µl assay volume per reaction).
