Masterplate for SYBR green based Real Time PCR. Contains 88 primer sets directed against colon cancer drug sensitivity/resistance related genes and 8 housekeeping gene primer sets. Provided in a 96-well microplate (20 µl - 10 µM). Perform up to 100 PCR arrays (based on 20 µl assay volume per reaction). Just add cDNA template and SYBR green master mix.
