Thromboxane B2-d4

Thromboxane B2-d4 (TXB2-d4) is intended for use as an internal standard for the quantification of TXB2 (Cay-19030) by GC- or LC-MS. TXB2 is a non-enzymatically derived, stable, inactive metabolite of TXA2, which is highly unstable. Serum levels of TXB2 positively correlate with platelet COX-1 activation.
