Resolvin D2 n-3 DPA

Resolvin D2 n-3 DPA (RvD2 n-3 DPA) is a specialized pro-resolving mediator (SPM). It is formed from docosapentaenoic acid (n-3 DPA, Cay-90165, Cay-21907), an intermediate in the conversion of eicosapentaenoic acid (Cay-90110, Cay-90110.1, Cay-21908) to docosahexaenoic acid (Cay-90310, Cay-17950), in human leukocytes. RvD2 n-3 DPA (1 nM) reduces TNF-alpha-induced chemotaxis and adhesion of isolated human neutrophils.
