Photoclick Sphingosine

Photoclick sphingosine is a photoreactive probe for the study of sphingosine metabolism. It contains a terminal clickable alkyne moiety and a photoactivatable diazirine group that allow its interaction with sphingosine binding proteins and photo-activated cross-linking of its interacting partners, respectively.
