Product information "DSPE-PEG(2000)-T7"
DSPE-PEG(2000)-T7 is a peptide-lipid conjugate that has been used for targeted delivery of liposomes in vivo. It is composed of DSPE-PEG(2000)-DBCO (Cay-37798) conjugated to an azide-peptide containing the transferrin receptor-targeting peptide T7. Liposomes containing DSPE-PEG(2000)-T7 accumulate in tumors in an orthotopic C6 glioma mouse xenograft model. Liposomes containing DSPE-PEG(2000)-T7 and encapsulating doxorubicin increase survival in an orthotopic C6 glioma mouse xenograft model.
