113-O12B is a disulfide bond-containing ionizable cationic lipidoid. It has been used in the generation of lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) for the delivery of mRNA. Subcutaneous administration of LNPs containing 113-O12B and encapsulating an mRNA reporter accumulate specifically in mouse lymph nodes.
