Molecular weight: 723.77. Excitation (nm): 534. Emission (nm): 553. Extinction coefficient (cm-1 M-1): 81000. Quantum yield: 0.61. Correction factor (280 nm): 0.09. XFD532 NHS Ester (Succinimidyl Ester) is the same molecule to the Alexa Fluor(R) 532 NHS Ester (Alexa Fluor(R) is the trademark of ThermoFisher). It is a bright yellow-fluorescent dye optimal for use with the frequency-doubled Nd:YAG laser line. XFD532 dye is water soluble and pH-insensitive from pH 4 to pH 10. The NHS ester (or succinimidyl ester) of XFD532 is the most convenient amine-reactive form for conjugating this dye to a protein or antibody.
