Molecular weight: 626.70. Excitation (nm): 534. Emission (nm): 553. Extinction coefficient (cm-1 M-1): 81000. Quantum yield: 0.61. Correction factor (280 nm): 0.09. XFD532 is manufactured by AAT Bioquest, and it has the same chemical structure of Alexa Fluor(R) 532 (Alexa Fluor(R) is the trademark of ThermoFisher). XFD532 acid has the same molecule as Alexa Fluor(R) 532 acid. It is a bright yellow-fluorescent dye optimal for use with the frequency-doubled Nd:YAG laser line. XFD532 dye is water soluble and pH-insensitive from pH 4 to pH 10. XFD532 acid is the most economic amine-reactive form for conjugating this dye to a peptide.
