UGO Rho12 NHS ester [equivalent to ATTO Rho12 NHS ester]

UGO Rho12 is a new fluorescent marker based on a rhodamine structure. It carries a functional group for coupling to biomolecules such as DNA, RNA, and proteins. UGO Rho12 exhibits a very high fluorescence quantum yield and exceptional photostability. The dye is moderately hydrophilic and cationic, carrying a single positive charge after coupling to a substrate. Efficient fluorescence excitation occurs in the 550-580 nm range.
