Product information "UGA 647 NHS ester [equivalent to Alexa Fluor 647 NHS ester]"
UGA 647 is a bright and photostable far-red dye with excitation ideally suited for the 633 nm laser line. It is widely used for reliable signal generation in imaging and flow cytometry, offering water solubility and stability across a pH range of 4 to 10. The fluorescence of this long-wavelength UGA dye is not visible to the human eye but is easily detected by most imaging systems. In addition to reactive dye formulations, UGA 647 dye is available conjugated to a variety of antibodies, peptides, proteins, tracers, and amplification substrates, making it an excellent choice for cellular labeling and detection. Chemical Properties Storage Upon receipt, store at -20°C in the dark. Protect from light and moisture. When stored as indicated, UGA NHS-esters are stable for at least 1 years.
