Tide Fluor(TM) 3 phosphoramidite [TF3 CEP] *Superior replacement to Cy3 phosphoramidite*

TF3 phosphoramdite is a significant upgrade of Cy3 phophoramidite. The oligonucleotides prepared from TF3 phosphoramdite has almost identical fluorescence spectra to those prepared from Cy3 phosphoramidite. It enables the TF3-labeled oligonucleotides much more readily available. Compared to Cy3 phosphoramidite, TF3 phosphoramidite gives much higher conjugation yield. The oligonucleotides prepared from TF3 phosphoramidite have are much brighter and more photostable than those prepared from Cy3 phosphoramidite. In general, Tide Fluor(TM) 3 (TF3) family has the spectral properties essentially identical to those of Cy3. Compared to Cy3 probes TF3 family has much stronger fluorescence and higher photostability. In pairing with our Tide Quencher(TM) 3 (TQ3), a variety of FRET peptides and nucleotides can be developed for detecting proteases and molecular beacons with enhanced sensitivity and stability.
