mFluor(TM) UVB 370 SE

AAT Bioquest's mFluor(TM) dyes are developed for multicolor flow cytometry-focused applications. These dyes have large Stokes Shifts and can be well excited by the laser lines of flow cytometers (e.g., 355 nm, 405 nm, 488 nm and 633 nm). mFluor(TM) UVB 370 dyes have fluorescence excitation and emission maxima of ~320 nm and ~370 nm respectively. These spectral characteristics make them a unique color for designing multicolor flow cytometry panels. mFluor(TM) UVB 370 dyes are well excited by UV laser of 320 nm with emission centered around 370 nm. It is particularly useful for spectral flow cytometry since there are very few existing fluorescent dyes that overlap with their spectra. They are small organic molecules that can be readily conjugated to antibodies. We recommend them to be used for brighter markers (such as CD4).
