Cyanine7.5 is a near-infrared (NIR) dye characterized by its exceptionally long-wave emission. This product is an amine-reactive derivative of the fluorophore. Near-infrared radiation easily penetrates tissues, making it highly suitable for in vivo imaging applications. This product can be used to label various amine-containing biomolecules, such as proteins and peptides, enabling the tracking of their distribution within organisms using NIR imaging. The enhanced rigidity of the central polymethine moiety increases the quantum yield by 20% compared to the parent structure of Cy7.5(R) NHS.
