Cross-linked APC

Cross-linked APC creates the most stable form available as the crosslinked alphabeta subunits provide increased structural integrity in the presence of chaotropic salts,without changing APC's photometric property. Cross-Link APC is supplied in 100 mM Potassium Phosphate buffer, pH7.0 with 60 % saturated (NH4)2SO4, 1 mM EDTA, and 1 mM Sodium Azide. Molecular Weight: 105 kDa Absorption Maximum: 650 nm Emission Maximum: 662 nm Extinction Coefficient: 7.0 × 105cm-1M-1 Quantum Yield: 0.680 Instruction: Mix thoroughly cross-link APC until no precipitate is observed to get homogeneous solution. Further removal all the remaining ammonium sulfate and buffer exchange to the conjugation buffer.
