ABI PRISM(R) BigDye(TM) Terminator Cycle Sequencing is the classic method for DNA sequencing. 5-dTMR, succinimidyl ester is the most convenient building block for preparing the dTMR color of BigDye Sanger sequencing fluorophore set.
