Product information "Wogonoside"
An analog of baicalin and wogonin, showed protective effect of neuron s from oxygen-glucose deprivation (OGD) and toll-like receptor 2 expression in OGD damage. A flavonoid extracted from the root of Scutellaria baicalensis Gerogi, has anti-inflammatory and anti-angiogenic activities. Wogonoside also suppressed the activation of mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR) and p70-S6 kinase (p70S6K) by regulating the expression of the extracellular signal-regulated kinase (ERK1/2) and p38 involved mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) signaling pathway.
