VUF 11207 (fumarate)

VUF 11207 is an agonist of chemokine (C-X-C motif) receptor 7 (CXCR7, EC50 = 1. nM in a beta-arrestin recruitment assay). It also reduces CXCR7 cell surface expression in HEK293 cells expressing the human receptor (EC50 = 14. nM). VUF 11207 (5 nM) induces the migration and proliferation of primary human pericytes isolated from patients with pulmonary arterial hypertension. In vivo, VUF 11207 (5 mg/kg) increases thoracic adventitia thickness and aorta collagen deposition in a mouse model of hypertension induced by angiotensin II.
