Vinorelbine

Description: Vinorelbine (KW-2307 base) is a semisynthetic vinca alkaloid. Vinorelbine binds to tubulin and prevents the formation of the mitotic spindle, resulting in the arrest of tumor cell growth in metaphase. Target: Microtubule Associated.
