White to yellow powder. Soluble in DMSO (30mg/ml), DMF (50mg/ml) or ethanol (30mg/ml). Chemical. CAS: 65914-17-2. Formula: C20H22O8. MW: 390.38. Polydatin is a natural stilbene with antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, anticancer, neuroprotective, cardioprotective, anti-osteoporotic and antilipidemic properties. It has been shown to inhibit NF-kappa signaling pathway and the NLRP3 inflammasome activation. It is an apoptosis and autophagy inducer, cell cycle inhibitor, activator of SIRT1 and also inhibits adipogenesis.
